The publishers of Rachel Besser’s “Diabetes Through the Looking Glass” book accidentally sent me another copy. I emailed them to let them know and they’ve given me permission to give this additional copy away. Yeah!

So, again I used my random number generator to draw from those who entered the original competition, and this time the winner was Simone. Congratulations Simone, I’ll be contacting you separately to get your address, and the book will be with you next week.

Winner of the book for parents of kids with T1.

Hi everyone

Thanks for your entries into the competition to win Diabetes Through the Looking Glass: A Book for Parents of Children with Diabetes by Rachel Besser.

I used a random number generator to choose a number between 1 and 8 (which was how many of you with young T1 kids replied), and drew number 7, which is Jolene. Jolene’s comment was:
